2. Scope of Services

ESTUDIOS PLAYA offers vacation studio rentals, including accommodations and related amenities. The availability of specific studios may vary based on location, booking dates, and other factors. Additional services, such as housekeeping and concierge, may be available upon request for an additional fee.

3. Booking and Payment

  • To book a studio, clients must provide accurate and complete information, including preferred dates, number of guests, and any special requirements.

  • A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The balance is due prior to check-in, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or other approved methods. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule their reservation by providing at least 14 days' notice. Cancellations made with less than 14 days' notice may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the deposit.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and may involve additional charges.

5. Liability and Insurance

  • ESTUDIOS PLAYA is not liable for any personal injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during the stay unless it is proven that such incidents were caused by our negligence.

  • Clients are responsible for any damages to the property or its contents during their stay and may be charged for repair or replacement costs.

6. House Rules and Prohibited Activities

  • Clients must adhere to the house rules provided upon check-in, including guidelines on noise levels, smoking, and guest limits.

  • The following activities are prohibited: illegal activities, subletting, and any actions that disturb other guests or neighbors. Violations may result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund.

7. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold ESTUDIOS PLAYA, its employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the client’s breach of these terms and conditions or the client’s use of our services.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved through amicable negotiations between the parties.

  • If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
